Just fitted a Vaillant Ecotec+325 with VRT350F wireless programmer/timer. Was working ok for a few days then customer phoned to say that heating was on all the time despite stat showing actual temp 25 deg c (Was clearly nowhere near that warm!) and desired temp 18 deg c. Did factory reset etc and seemed to be working ok then gets a call, doing the same thing. Customer stated that he'd looked on web and this seems to be a regular problem.
He's booking an engineer visit from Vaillant at some point and I'm going to try and get there to see what he says.
Customer was adamant he wanted Vaillant even though I told IMO they are overcomplicated and overpriced
Has anyone had problems with this unit?
