fitted a vaillant system boiler 46 kw and flashed it up today was running fine then it flashed up s.85 and s.97 which alternated between the two .
Done all the usuals hot flush chem clean so has been fully drained/cleaned , book indicates demand for heating blocked little bit baffled as seems to be running o.k still .
any ideas anyone as job finishes monday so need to sort this asap

They do and a magna clean or no warrenty I found this out before I fitted one

It's classed light commercial and heats up a treat no issues their

I did have a header and diet may installed but was told to remove it by mechanical engineer as was not on spec .I do have a strainer installed on return which have not around to checking as ran out of time

You need it back on as I'd say that's your proem MIs state it tell the ME to do one
