Cheeky muppets.
They irritate me with this. A few years back they sent all my customers an offer of a service for £65 inc VAT.
They did that even though I had ticked the ' do not contact my customer ' box.

had a customer with boiler fault that i service every year still under warranty.
they sent her a boiler and fire service offer last week after they had chance to stick the neck in the door.

Yes they do , i rent out a house with an ideal boiler i put in and no matter what they send me we can service your boiler letter to me every year.

thinking back, i put a handful of these in and not one given call for first years service or continuos. thoght it was strange!
