vekora unica problems no heating intermitant hot water help!!!!!

Good afternoon

ive had hot water issues for couple of weeks , takes an age to get hot then cold again then comes back red hot, have now got no heating at all !!! boiler 4/5 years old been a naughty boy and never had it serviced, can anyone help me . vekora unica 28

no heating could be room stat or clock,,, if fitted... hot water could be a simple as a dhw themistor/or plate heat exchanger cloged up
