Vent bathroom ceiling fan through rosemary tiles

I need to vent an inline bathroom fan through my roof which has rosemary tiles on and no sarking underneath the tiles. Never done this before so would like your advice to get it right first time. Any help will be much appreciated.

you can get vents that just replace the tiles may need to cut the odd on to fit though
