Mrs Tara Plumbi

Does any one know how to translate 100 cm square ventilation into air exchange rate?

I think this might change the air in the room at between 5 cubic metres per hour and 20 cubic metres per hour on average.
with 10m3/hour being a reasonable estimate.

If I am right then adventageous air would be changing the air in a room at approx 2 or 3 cubic metres per hour.

I think.... help... any one know if I am nearly right or point me in the right direction?

Thanks
