Hi,
New to forum so this question may have been answered else where but here goes:
I am installing a main bathroom upstairs, and en-suite upstairs and down stairs WC. I have installed all the 100mm pipes for all three toilets but there is no option for venting either of the two upper legs (each leg feeds a toilet upstairs in different rooms). The 100mm rises vertically through the ground floor then goes to minimum falls within the floor zone. I have swept T and capped sideways for 38mm or 40mm inlets for other elements in the system like shower or sink etc.
I was thinking of where the 100mm comes up through the floor to the 90 degree into the back of the toilet, to install a 45 degree T instead of the 90 elbow and carry the 100mm up a small amount, terminating it with a cap and fitting a 38mm AAV to the cap to prevent syphoning when a appliance down the run is discharging like a sink or shower etc. Does this sound acceptable as this would allow the AAV to be concealed behind the toilet rather than a stub sitting in the corner of the room.
Cheers
