vertcal flue termination

i have to fit a vertical flue which i know must be 600mm from side of the velux my question is how far must it be from the property boundary mi's dont say i dont have access to view the standards and thought one of you may know off the top of your head

phone the manufacture to be sure as there clearences over ride any standards.

did that before and the vailant tech guy seemed real snotty like you should already know something they dont put in their installation instructions but shall give it another go, maybe he was having a bad day
