hi all,

got a customer who is being driven to despair by a ch pump that is vibrating against a stud wall. Piping is all nicely done in copper and clipped but on the surface it is the pump turning just makes a constant droning sound. Can anyone recommend any clips with sound deadening properties or any other thoughts to remedy this issue. As I say the pipework is all done really nicely so she’s reluctant to move it all to another wall.

Your thoughts as ever much appreciated

Rubber lined clips

You see I did think this Shaun but if they are then screwed to the same wall will it eliminate the vibration enough

Yea tbh if it's vibrating that much have you thought about changing the pump ?

I would try rubber lined clips if it's still a problem you can get rubber bellows that will isolate the pump from the pipework

Everyday is a school day mate. That’s what I imagined but haven’t come across them
