Being a plumber, Id just move the pipes, lot simpler than drilling holes in porcelain

can only think you would need to do this for converting a toilet cistern from right to left handed if there was no blank

Yes we get on average 3 to 4 enquiries a month to drill holes into white goods.

The main reason is to convert from left to right on a cistern where no blanking plug is availalable.

Other weird and wonderfuls include the adding of a tap hole for purified water (35mm drill) and an aftermarket water purifier tap (12mm drill)

We have been asked to make holes for home made sinks.

We have been asked to add LED lighting to toilet pans.

We have had requests when the pipework is fixed in place and cannot be moved.

Its not a BIG part of our business but approx 40 customers a year need this work doing. One of the benefits of spending half a day filming and editing is that once done those 40 customers can see that its easy. And also any plumbers on here can instantly know that its possible.

The amount of plumbers who tell clients "its impossible" change your white goods....
