Does anyone use the service? if so could you tell me where to access the Handbook, all I can see is the Technical Manuals & Workbooks - support are so far useless!

i had access for a year , there had been no updates since printing it out, so now i have let it run out. go on ebay and search "ESSENTIAL GAS SAFETY - DOMESTIC - CORGI - GAS" and buy the corgi book

I have paid access, but I cannot even find the link to access the book on the site - not very good.
