Vizo 24 No heating but hot water

Hi, I've got a vizo 24 and the hot water works fine. However, when I switch to put the heating on it ignites but then cuts out. All the red lights come on but they are not flashing. Any ideas please ? I know these are not the best boilers but needs must. Thank you
