Am looking for price guidance for the work as per below scope to fix heating/hot water on a system boiler (was quoted 900 excluding materials that sounds a lot...). Thanks.

-Drain down the central heating system.

- Fit two port zone valves to controlhot water and central heating circuit separately.

- Fit an automatic by-pass valve.

- Some pipework modification in theairing-cupboard related to the above.

- install new setof Honeywell controls including doing all the relative wiring.
-Install a new roomthermostat and a programmer.
- Fix a fused
spur on the power in order to make a better conditionin terms of the safety features and ease of use.

Nope tbh sounds too cheap

Also, I was told that apart from other materials the pipe and cable are from the van and hence no invoices will b provided, but the cost quoted is 150 pounds which sounds lot for may max two metres of pipe and 2 m of cable, I don't mind paying fair price but resent being taken advantage of...

Is this the same guy who wanted £900 to sort out the controls when your boiler was locking out on your other thread?
