goes through correct sequence burns for a while and knocks of, "punters description",they also said a plumber told them it was scaled up causing the problem, i am going on monday,i've only ever been to one vokera and i ended up changing that, so any pre knowledge you can give me regarding the compact would be appreciated and don't say, don't go..!thanks in advance.

if everything works fine and heats up for a little bit then goes out, i'd say thermista

Get a set of MI's. The warning light sequence/colours may point you in right direction. Thermistors are quite a common issue with Vokeras.
