Vokera Excell 80 SP

Hi people, first post, please be gentle with me! Moved house a couple of weeks ago. We have a Vokera Excell 80 Sp boiler which we realise is an old boiler. The previous owners had the boiler serviced regularly, bills provided. All seems fine, heating fine,hot water fine. When the heating is off it probably takes about 90 seconds to get hot water from the nearest tap in the kitchen. When the heating is on it takes about 30 seconds to get hot water from the same tap. Just wondered if this is normal or could we have a problem?

you could have a stretched diaphragm or partially blocked inlet filter .

As above possibly diaphragm faulty,very common.
