Vokera Linea Lock out.

Hello,

I have been called to a job where customer is complaining of the dhw going hot and cold. Water pressure drops and boiler going to lock out with code 02 coming up. Recently changed primary thermistor. Also recharged expansion vessel.

Just wanted opinions on what it may be? Pump, blockage on heat exchanger etc.

It's most likely down to flow through the boiler DuncanM. If it happens on heating too then look at what's associated with both pump main hex f&r through boiler,otherwise it could just be the DHW phex? It depends on what you find ....
