Vokera Maxin 24E - Hot water problem

When using boiler on domestic hot water side it trips out/has to be reset.When central heating is on that works fine until water is turned on.

Model: Vokera Maxin 24eCOMBI BOILER

Does it lock out straight away or after a minute or so ?

It displays the red ignition light more or less straightway when running hot water on demand with no central heating on.
