Vokera mynute 30HE problems

Hi lads I got a call from a customer to say on Saturday that their boiler was making a funny noise vibrating slightly on start up and vibrating slightly running.
i told them to leave it off and I'd b out to them on Monday.
just wondering if anyone has had any similar probs with this boiler and any pointers ye all might have.

Had boilers in the past where the casing vibrate slightly whilst running

No it's only when boiler is firing that there's a shudder

Boiler wasn't set up right. Was shuddering on minimum fire.
