Vokera syntesi 35 small leak and now no power

Hi I have an ageing Syntesi 35 combi boiler which this morning had a small ammount of water underneath it and absolutely no power, ie no red or green light and nothing on the temperature/code display.

The wall switch that supplies the power to the boiler is on and is working (neon light on)

I've dropped the front panel down to investigate further.

I've tried turning it on and off at the wall switch and all that happens is a very faint noise from the timer clock just below the main PCB. So it seems there is power going in somewhere.

Is there a fuse in the boiler that could have gone?

We are due to get the boiler replaced as there is a fault with the DHW as sometimes it fires and sometimes it doesn't. I therefore need to know if there is a simply solution to get us by as the replacement is now urgent and may take a while to get us booked in.

I have a spare main PCB as we bought one in the hope that it was this causing the hot water problem but turned out it wasn't. This was after spending about £450 with two separate plumbers who replaced various parts and servicing the boiler but still the problem remained. Is it worth swapping this in to see if that is the problem.

Should have had the boiler replaced a while ago but needed to get the money saved to get it done.

Any thoughts would be appreciated

Hi Neilfreeman & welcome. Sadly this forum can not give out gas information on the open forum.
Obviously this is so that anyone not Gas Safe will not work on gas.
You need to prove you are qualified.
As far as I know, you are not supposed to remove the cover of a gas boiler if not qualified.
I suggest you post on here your area and some of the gas engineers might have a look at it to advise you.
