Vokera vision condensate issue

Hi guys.
I installed a vokera vision which I've done many times just before Christmas and have had to return a few times with the condensate trap not emptying never has this before. Just takes a shake of the trap while still attached and it empties. The pipe run is clear and I've taken the trap out to clean out but it's clean seems to be air that's affecting air maybe..any thoughts

Vokera just said clean it out which have done twice . I've noticed what looks like grease in the trap maybe the float balls getting stuck but why the grease

Correct a marble sized plastic ball inside it

Clean the grease off and go from there.

Never seen one pal , but if its like anything vokera it will be poor quality .

Bottom end range that I fit for renters not a bad 7 year warranty though

Otherwise it’s worthless
