VRC 430 - outside temp always 5-10 higher

Anyone know why the outside temperature being picked up by the VRC 430 might be higher than actual. A small difference ok but getting 5-10 degrees higher always. Its no directly on sunlight but I am high up in a flat above 3 storeys?

What are you using to measure the outside temperature?

Which direction does the wall face?

There is an installer function (C25) on the VRC 430 to correct this. See page 12 of the manual.
