HA!!! - They'll probably just take all the power tools in your van instead mate, that's their modus operandi.

Worthless to me, all the scrap I get I just put it in the bin, I wonder what I can do with it? Too much for me to get rid of at the moment, must hire a skip I think, anyone asking for worthless scrap is crazy if you ask me.

Just leave Minsky your home address, and a list of times when you're at home....that way he can turn up when you're NOT at home and rob you.

Joking aside, back in Feb, a tappety transit flatbed turned up on my job (a very, VERY posh house with a long drive off the road)...somehow got through the electric gates.

Asked my aprentice for our scrap (I was out getting bits). He said no.

That night, the house got broken into (it was empty) and we lost about £5000 worth of kit.

I'd just taken tool cover off my public liabilty a month earlier to save dosh. GUTTED.
