What a piece of sh!te.

It was the only one we fitted and that was because they didn't tell us it went from 2 pumps to 1 pump and a diverter.

Well it's just over 2 years old. Power cut and only providing hot water. Gets into it and the diverter is powered by a little relay. No problem I'll go get one. Special order. It arrived yesterday, 175 notes, as you can't just buy the relay.

Puts power back on and poof, electrics straight back off. Plate heat exchanger dripping onto pump. Redoes the connections and have my first battle with a ups3 pump. Luckily it fits onto a standard grundfoss base.

All up and running and I notice I'm in a puddle. New washers onto 2 leaks and away it goes.

Still getting wet. The nut connecting the pump feed to the main heat exchanger absolutely pishing out. Right at the back of the boiler, behind condenser unit and a real bar steward to get at. Flue off, burnt fingers, cut knuckles and a real thought of the boilers coming out I finally got it.

Never going back to that pile of poop.

Bet you wanted to use your persuasive tool after all that

I hate combi oil boilers - especially Warmflow.
Glad I only have one I have to service each year for a landlord whom I do loads of other work for.
