Waste carrier licence

Here we go, did a garden job & left waste at rear if house. Went to another job around corner (100m away). Got a call, you forgot to take waste, no not forgotten, around corner will collect later. Then another call, passed to neighbour, threats if I don't collect within 10 mins!!!! Ohhh scared!! Went back to collect, tenant out, neighbour out, can't access rear to collect, messages left & txt sent, same Saturday. Today, council call, tell me I've been fly tipping waste!! Tell me Im not registered and going to prosecute me!!! WTF???

I tell them a few facts, I am registered as from 7/4/14, I have pics of waste taken & it's only one fence panel to collect. I have texts to try to access but no reply. I tell them I'll see them in court and I'll apply for my costs.

Dirty effing neighbour has said I've dumped a load of gear at the rear!!!

Anyway, checked my waste carrier tier level again just to be sure and I'm defo a lower tier user. Went through the questions & it's all correct.

I'm charging my time at £35ph.
