Hi guys

need a fitting like this if anyone can help, the seal has gone, I went there hoping it was the pan con but no such luck.

I dont want want to have to start cutting out tiles etc when it could be a simple job. It's just the round bit with the seal that I need to change over. Then the toilet can go back.

Thanks

Sorry for the delay guys. Yes it's a connector inside a connector. That is not the problem, it's the waste pipe fitting coming out the wall that's been painted that needs a new seal, it's all cracked with small tears in. The end comes off, I just need a fitting the same so I can nick the end off and put it on here.

By the look of it just cut the pipe flush to wall and use a short flexi or a Mcalpine long straight pan connector.
