Water and radiator temperature

What temperature do you suggest to set up on the boiler for water and radiator temperature so that it is hot but not wasting energy.

If you have hot water tank 70c

I can select separately water and radiator temperature.
Water temperature will not go above 60°C

60 degrees is what the hot water should be set at

Anymore than this and all your Speedfit fittings will blow! 65 is the maximum and lower for young kids present. Why not have blender valves (TMV's) fitted on your appliances to set the temp at your taps?
