Has anyone come across this before water is gathering at the bottom of the syphon and slowly leaking from the front where the casing seal is. The boiler has been fitted around 10 years ago with a horizontal flue which extends out over 4 meters. It states in MI that it maximum distance that it can be is 3.5. however from checking the air intake by removing flue clamps there is no water vapour to indicate that seals have gone. The pressure in the system seems to be fine so it rules out the possibilities of a leak in heat exchanger. And condensate pipe seems to be working ok. If anyone has come across this problem before I would appreciate your help thanks!
