I have a job with some extreme water hammer. When originally at the job, you opened a hot tap anywhere in the property and the hot side of the bath tap was physically jumping up and down. New bath taps were fitted.
Noise then moved to the kitchen tap and that hot cartridge started jumping, pushing down on the handle stopped the noise. I swapped the cartridge out to the cold side and then the cold side started jumping. So swapped back original side and isolated the hot to the kitchen tap. This solved the problem for a week, now I’ve had a call saying it’s back again and worse than before.
Any suggestions on where to look next?
