Water Noise into Greenstar 28, but no leaks

Hi all,

Hope someone can help me.

I have a Greenstar 28 Worcester

Both the hot water and heating work ok.

The problem is I have a running water noise through the water inlet valve. When I shut the water inlet valve off, the noise stops. There is sign of leaks anywhere that I can see or detect.

Can anyone help me please

with this running water noise does the boiler fire up

check your system pressure, the filling loop may have been left open.

Yes the boiler works fine

The pressure is ok at the moment, I have an internal filling loop fitted, where you put and plastic tool in with two o rings to seal and then you open up the valve, and pressure

check under floors near boiler may be a leak on main
