Water pressure

Good afternoon, How can I tell if I have a low or high water pressure system?? in my house. I have a direct water system, with the kitchen and bathroom basin cold coming straight from mains, all other cold is from a storage tank. I am going to replace my power shower. The spec on the power shower details states NO next to high pressure.?? Any ideas would be much appreciated

A power shower is usually piped off the low pressure side of the system.

That is taken from the cylinder and the cold water tank.

High pressure usually means mains pressure.
