water runs cold

Hi fellas,

It's a Warmflow combi Kabin Pak - thing is , when using shower, the water suddenly turns cold and customer goes out and hits the button on the High limit stat and all OK again. I replaced the high lim stat but problem still persists. Would it be the pump ?
