I have been asked to convert a commercial unit into a restaurant in Scotland. Comprising of 2x pan sinks, 2x hand wash sinks, 1 x male wc, 1x female wc, 1 x lessabled wc, 1 x cleaners sink and 1x bar sink. Do i need to have storage water for this or can it all be supplied direct from mains water inc hots via unvented cylinder

alot of water demand there at peak times ,like mickj pointed out you need to know incoming pressure and flow
can supply to all wc,s and cleaners sink be supplied from storage as they are not drinking water?
