Hi,
Looking :detective:
I am anxious to locate a person/place where I can get help getting shaft seals for the watermill PR50D pump.
Grundfos now own watermill, by all accounts. A number of email to them have not got me anywhere.
Hope someone there can help.

I would be surprised if you could. I don't think that the shaft seal is intended to be a serviceable part. When shower pumps die, replace them.

And incidentally - if the shaft seal goes, its often a sign that there is something else wrong in the system - like the pump being asked to run with no outlets open.

You can get shaft seals for Salamander pumps. I have changed one that I remember clearly & it was probably due to a plumber installing it wrong.
No idea about Watermill though, but what I would do is ring Grundfoss directly.
