What are these weird-a** pipes/fittings?

Never seen them before. I just need to cap them off as they come out the wall... What would I need to do so (properly / safely)?

Any idea why the fittings are all different colours too?

Ha, why so? Best avoided?

I've never worked with them but the pipe and ring are expanded with a tool like a swager and then shrink down onto the fitting. I'd imagine they don't come off and cutting off is the only option.
I don't know tho?....

Uponor q and e you can get pushfit adapters

I’m surprised they got pushfit to fit as it’s 16mm

No difference in colours just different expansion rings
