was a buderus , dont come across many down this way now the question are they anygood and whats the back up liike with them?

Isn't backed up by Worcester-Bosch? It was the same salesforce selling them, so I presume the same engineers/parts set-up.
 
Yeah its a buderus, I'm pretty sure Worcester bought them out a few years ago so should have decent back up. I'm not a fan of their domestic boilers, but apparently their industrial ones are good.
