Hello all
I have had an extension built which will have 3 radiators to the big main room, a utility sink and a shower room (ground works, waste, and pipes etc are in)
The builder is not installing the sanitary ware as I will have to save up in order to fit the shower room in a few years time, which he knows.
My question is, should the connecting of the new pipe work to my existing heating and water be considered part of the first fix?
I am wanting to heat the room and connect a washing machine up and generally use the room for years without a working shower room, but he has since told me, 3 months into the build, that he will not be connecting up until I install the shower room.
Your opinions please
