This needs swapping like for like. It has been leaking and damaged her floorboards. An engineer went out before me and all he did was isolate and tell her it needs a new cistern. It doesn't need a new cistern, the fill valve needed adjusting as it was filling with enough pressure that water was spraying over the top and running on to the floor. I told her this but she has it in her head that she has to have a new cistern.
It's a Roca toilet but i am not sure the cistern is Roca, i think it's ideal but I can't be certain. Anyone able to tell me what it is and roughly what it costs.
