Yes sorry. 3 bar I believe and yes commercial.

Need to start at the basics are you g3 registered?

looks like a flow issue hence the sputtering

No I am not. I work as a maintenance person just general maintenance. I know I can get a plumber to look into this but wondered if there’s anything I can do (that I’m allowed)

You can check that the stopcock on the feed to the system is properly open.
