What make/model tap is this?

This tap is leaking. I would like to find out what tap it is so j can buy the correct replacement part.

it has a 45mm cartridge with the letter "G" printed on it

Either remove the cartridge and take it to a Merchant and find a suitable replacement.
If you can't find on on first or second attempt, buy a new tap.

That's what us plumbers do.
Woefull and a waste of resources, but unless a standard cartridge has been used, you have no other option.
