I need a new boiler for my recently purchased new hourse and a quick calculation suggests I need 39kw capacity. Looking for an A-Rated, non-combi, will be internal in a utility room - any recommendations please? Thanks.

Each to their own. But you'll need a lot of patches for the grants (tea bags). :)
