What size boiler do I need?

Hi everyone. I'm looking to change my Worcester 28i junior in my house as its over 10 years old now and always breaks down. I've for a 4 storey house and have a total of 9 radiators. The boiler is currently at the bottom floor, kitchen on the 1st floor and bathroom on the 2nd floor. What boiler would you advise I go for? I was looking at the Worcester 34cdi but someone at work said it be better off going for a smaller one like a 30 cdi or even a 28.

Sorry forgot to mention that. There is only 2 of us in the house so it's not high. Our shower does run off the boiler though.
