Hello. I am new to this! I`m installing a shower base and want some advice as to the type of fitting I need please. I have installed the waste trap on the shower and now want to lead it to the waste pipe the builder left with a blanking plate (like this: htttp://www.NoLinkingToThis/prods/46863/Plumbing/Soil-Vent/Black-Socket-Plug-SP296 ).So, I need to replace this cap but what with? Are they available at screwfix aswell? Thanks! Also, this leads to a soil pipe so am I ok to lead this low level waste trap to it without risking "smells" coming up through it?

you'll have to get something like this: [DLMURL="http://www.polypipe.com/polypipe/controller?action=BP-ProductDetails&productid=70029&categoryID=303"]UG435 | Polypipe Waste Pipe Adapt Single Conn (1/25) | Polypipe Products | Settlement Fittings and Adaptors | Polypipe[/DLMURL]
