Say you fitted new boiler and your signing it off after all your tests.I believe you then take full responsibility off the whole installation including lets just say a previous fitted fire and cooker Was just wanting to no what procedures would yous do on cooker and fire with MI and without mi.thanks

Ignore that first reply of mine. Thats when you've carried out work on the appliance.

When you've put in a new boiler there's visual checks you should carry out on other appliances in the house.
If you've got the unsafe situations procedure book, look in the back at appendix 7.
Tells you all you need to know there.

Sorry for the wrong response first time.

Like i said mate, look at appendix 7 of unsafe situations.

There's 6 trigger points to go over, all quick and easy, take no time atall.

They are
Location, Flueing, Ventilation, Signs of distress, Stable and secure, Flame picture.

All visual checks to so makes it even easier.

Cheers mate that helped loads i have all the info but finding it can be hard how do yous take it all in.So just to make sure im taking it in right if i installed a boiler i only have to visual inspect the other appliances. No working pressures r gas rates

Well make sure you read the safety guidelines before u can start anything 🙂
