What to do with good condition 2nd hand boilers

I have just taken out a vailliant ecotec plus which is 10yrs old and has nothing wrong with it. The guy had just moved in and wanted everything new. Seems a shame to give it the travellers.

Gets you out of a hole sometimes if the merchants is shut

Could always install at a lower parts cost? Maybe even explain this, you’d be surprised how many would go for this option.

Yeah I carried a van load of wrong parts around with me. It's ok if you work on loads and loads of the same brand but if you work on all sorts you never seem to have what you need.

Chuck it on fleabay or put it up spares on fleabay and strip them out and send them.

But then personally, I would buy new and give the customer the guarantee that they deserve
