Since we all seem to be geographically miles apart, I don't think that we treading on each others toes, so I wondered if anyone would like to share what their USP is for quoting/winning business/work?
USP being sales and marketing jargon standing for Unique Selling Proposition... in other words, why should the potential customer choose you???
 
Well potential customers should use me because I am full of love ane kindness for the world,I will use the money they give me
To educate myself to become a doctor and to work in the third world to improve medical conditions out there
I will campain with Bob Geldof to fight world dept and poverty and strive to feed the whole world
I fight to stop child abuse and suffering with Ester Ranson
I will give generously to Podsey
I will fight for human rights with Nelson Mendela
I will even vote for the John and Edward on the X factor!!!.....well maybe I will not go that far

depends on what im trying to sell... but for example a boiler change. Id use examples of every savings between a new and old boiler, is quite staggering.

If the customer is a foxy female, i will also take payment in favour
 
I do the same as puddle, but I go the extra mile, I mean kilometer. Two weeks of every year I team up with Polly Toynbee to educate two year olds on sex education and family guidance, my customers really appreciate this.
 
a unique selling point would be unique in its self me thinks . i was thinking somthing like this ''it was already like that when i got here'' :) dont forget the smile
 
my usp is customer service,when some body has a boiler with us we give service contracts after the event allways turn up the same day if it brakes down albeit thats rare with the performa! and often repair it and baxi replenish the parts we use we also go the extra mile for our coustomers because that gets us our next job but most of our work is by recommendation, :)
