Where do you start looking for tenures if you want to expand

hi all i`ve been wanting to step my business up a notch or two, with the correct investment i want to bid for jobs that i can use a squad for any ideas or advise on how to break the door down this has come about as i have been e-mailed constantly by other plumbers looking work and i`d love to give them some through my business

Hi. Why not brain storm to find the type of work that best suits your knowledge and set-up. Research the institutions, companies, etc that need the service. Turn up on there door and pitch your services. Remembering that getting work done to a standard, takes a lot of the pressure off of them. Some you will click with some you wont.

yeah your right i made the choice to get other plumbers involved as i left the trade many years ago to be a welder so i concentrate on basic stuff like bathroom suites, so if i get a call for something i`m not comforatable with i would rather get assistance and keep a good rep than saying no i cant do it or even worse making a b*lls of it myself ! i have been targeting guest houses and so on but any work agreed with them would be for their close season so i need to start maximising my resources and try to break into new markets asap !
