Hi Guys,
New member here with a bit of a mystery problem I was hoping to get some advice. Basics of the problem are that I do not have a water supply to an en suite mixer shower but for no reason I am aware, my guess is that there may be an air block to the supply side but where and is this likely to both hot and cold supplies? I have changed the thermostatic cartridge which was the initial problem and the valves to stop the water have been closed for one week, now opened up and no water, but supply not affected to all other outlets of the house upstairs or down. The in line isolation valve from the hot water cylinder is just the other side of the mixer unit and consequently is only about 30cm away it is now open but no water to this mixer tap, where did it go? any ideas? Thanks,
Kind Regards,
Phil Pyman
