Hi, I'm super-confused.My new ST9400C controller, V4043H zone valves and T6360B1028 room thermostat were purchased as 24v items (eg see Amazon product). But the ST9400C wiring diagram, for example, clearly shows that it needs to be wired to a 240v main supply and nothing in the instructions for either this, the V4043H or the T6360B1028 make any mention of 24v. What's going on here?

Also, I currently drive the old (malfunctioning) valves that I'm replacing with an old ST7100 (230v) controller. Could I drive the new V4043H valves with the old ST7100 controller?
