Hi
I am currently renting out a property tempoarirly while i am away. I have a Ravenheat RSF82E which appears to have a problem. In anticipation that the plumber might say its not worth spending anymore on it i am wondering what is the most reliable type of boiler nowadays. The house is a three story town house with 9 radiators in total. There are two bathrooms both being fed of the boiler (ie no electric shower etc). I unserstand condensing boilers are the norm nowadays but do you get any which contain a hot water storage tank with a backup immersion like some of the ideal system boilers i have seen. Trouble is the existing ravenheat is downstairs on the wall and there isnt really much space (only below) for a taller boiler but it has to be slim. Also the existing ravenheat doesnt seem to have enough pressure to drive both the upstairs and downstairs hot taps. is this the same with any condensing boiler?
Kind Regards
