Hello All,

Tomorrow, I'm working on a static mobile home. It is hooked up to electricity and water but its gas is on big cylinders. The previous owner of this mobile home for whatever reason has disconnected all the hot water to the property.

Can a gas safe registered chap/chapess work on this or as its big cylinders (large red portable type) does the gas person need specific qualifications? I'm sure I'm going to be asked.......

Who is the registering body?

Thanks

registered body is gas safe.
acs required CCN1,WAT1,CONGLP1LAV/CONGLP1RPH depending

the big red bottles are propane, be very aware of touching the installation if you dont know what your doing.

yep, seperate ticket again for boats, on top of your lpg.

ive heard stories of people on boats who have had a gas leak,
the only way to get rid of the gas, is by going below decks with a bucket, "filling" it with propane by laying it on the floor then carrying your empty looking bucket upstairs and throwing it overboard!

boats are the most dangerous, lpg sinks and has nowhere to go in a boat! at least caravans have vents. stick a vent in a boat and you sink!!
